Welcome to our clinic! We are so pleased that you have decided to pursue our care in your health journey. Dr. Kyra Gerber, Owner and Clinical Director, consistently strives to a higher standard of care through her holistic approach, continuing education, community outreach, and work with other health care professionals. If you have any questions or concerns, please bring them to our attention immediately.
We offer Massage Therapy provided by Marla Weinrib, RMT, from whom you can expect professional and excellent care. The benefits of massage therapy complement holistic chiropractic care.

PAYMENT
Payments must be made at the time service is rendered. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard and cash. In most cases, direct billing to insurance is not possible.24 HOUR CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
We require 24 business hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. This policy ensures that our dedicated appointment times are available to those who need them. Repeat offenders of this policy will be charged a fee of $30 for Chiropractic and $40 for Massage. We endeavor to keep all appointments as scheduled. Please arrive early or on time.SCENT FREE POLICY
We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing any perfume, cologne or highly scented body creams to our office. Some patients react to scents and perfumes which can cause symptoms like headache, nausea and migraine. We want to maintain safe & comfortable environment.REFERRALS
Your family, friends and co-workers may benefit from Chiropractic care and Massage Therapy. Whether it is for an acute or chronic injury, motor vehicle accident, work related injury or for spinal health maintenance and wellness promotion, we appreciate all of your referrals.Chiropractic care benefits conditions relating to every joint in the body (upper and lower limbs as well as the spine), all muscles, and most neurological conditions including headaches and migraines. Dr. Gerber will happily set up a consultation, at no charge, to explain what to expect from holistic chiropractic care and to answer questions.
Massage Therapy releases chronic tension and pain in muscles, improves circulation, increases flexibility, reduces mental and physical fatigue, and can effectively combat the effects of stress. Please note that for insurance coverage, referrals to Massage Therapy may require a Medical or Chiropractic note – please check with your insurance provider.
GAIT ANALYSIS & CUSTOM-MADE ORTHOTICS
On request (or medical referral) a computerized gait analysis can be arranged for you or a patient you have recommended. This examination includes postural assessment and gait analysis report of findings. The assessment is included in the cost of the orthotics. Most insurance plans cover orthotics – it is recommended that you call your insurance company to find out what they require before you book an assessment.Common questions to ask: Am I covered for Custom-made Orthotics? Do I need a medical note? (If yes, arrange this first). How much am I covered for? How many pairs? Who can make my orthotics?
MEDICAL COMPRESSION STOCKINGS
Athletes, people with vein weakness, and those who are either on their feet or sit all day can benefit from wearing compression stockings. Measurements and fittings for compression garments are included the price. A variety of women’s and men’s styles are available with costs that vary accordingly (i.e. knee-high, thigh high). A medical note is usually needed for insurance coverage with indication of support level (i.e. 20-30mmHg) and number of pairs required.BECAUSE WE CARE…
