Our clinic is located in the Medical Mall (MM) Doctor’s Offices area of Centenary Hospital, Scarborough Health Network. If you have any questions about how to prepare for a visit or what to expect, please feel free to contact us. Please keep in mind, that unless specifically arranged with our team, full payment for services is due at your appointment.

Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash are accepted. Payment is due when service is rendered.
Cancellation and Missed Appointments
INITIAL CHIROPRATIC ASSESSMENTS: 48 hour business hours notice to cancel/reschedule is required. A Visa or Mastercard pre-authorization or E-transfer of $120 is required to secure and appointment booking. Cancellation fee for late notice: $120
CHIRORACTIC ADJUSTMENTS (Subsequent visits): $45 cancellation fee applies when fewer than 24 business hours notice give to to change or cancel appointments.
MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS: $45 cancellation fee applies when fewer than 24 business hours notice give to to change or cancel appointments. ** During November and December, full massage appointment fees apply due to high demand.
When you book, time is reserved especially for YOU specific to the type of appointment you need. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule. This opens our schedule for others who need care, and those on our wait list. We want to help everyone who wants and needs it!
PARKING:
The hospital parking is $4 per 30min. There is a 15 minute grace period within which you can exit without charge.
- Chiropractic: We provide a 1 hour parking pass on your 1st visit to the clinic. Parking passes for 1 hour are available for purchase for $4 at future visits.
- Massage Therapy: We provide a 1 hour parking pass with massage.
- FREE street parking option: Trailridge Cres. just across the parking lot, one street north of Ellesmere Rd on the left/west side of Neilson Rd.
Latest Covid 19 Update:
Masks are not required in any common areas of the hospital, and they are not required in our clinic.
